THIS APP IS STRICTLY FOR USERS 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. Please read these Terms carefully before using After Hours Dating. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using After Hours Dating you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, and you are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law.
After Hours Dating is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. If we discover you are under 18 your account will be immediately terminated and all data deleted.
You may not use the service if you have been convicted of a sexual offense, violent crime, or any crime that would make your use of a dating platform inappropriate or dangerous to other users.
To use After Hours Dating you must create an account and purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, use your real identity, keep your password secure, notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You may only create one account.
After Hours Dating requires an active subscription. We offer the following tiers:
All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → After Hours Dating → Cancel Subscription.
All purchases are final. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Noir: 15 likes per day, basic filters, unlimited messaging with matches, instant match notifications. Cannot see who liked them until a mutual match.
Obsidian: Unlimited likes, see who liked you, advanced filters, read receipts, one profile boost per week.
Eclipse: Everything in Obsidian plus incognito mode, priority discovery, unlimited profile boosts, Eclipse badge, and ability to message users before matching.
We reserve the right to modify features from any subscription tier at any time with reasonable notice.
After Hours Dating is built on mutual respect. By using the service you agree never to harass, threaten, or abuse any user; send unsolicited explicit content; impersonate any person; post fake profile information; use the service for commercial solicitation or spam; share another user's personal information without consent; engage in any form of discrimination; or use the platform to facilitate exploitation of any kind.
Violation of these standards may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You are solely responsible for all content you post. By posting content you grant After Hours Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Your content must not contain nudity or explicit sexual content in public-facing profiles, depict or promote violence or illegal activity, infringe intellectual property rights of any third party, or contain malware or harmful code.
If you encounter a user who makes you feel unsafe or who violates our Community Guidelines, use the in-app reporting feature immediately or email safety@afterhoursdatingapp.com.
After Hours Dating does not conduct criminal background checks. We strongly encourage users to meet in public places and tell someone where you are going when meeting a match in person for the first time.
Your use of After Hours Dating is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and functionality of After Hours Dating — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by After Hours Dating and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
After Hours Dating is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that you will find a match, that other users are who they say they are, or that the service will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, After Hours Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless After Hours Dating and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account through Settings → Delete Account. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period upon termination for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
